If you enter into a service agreement with Onyx UX Design Studio UX Studio, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions govern the supply of all services by us to you.
As we are a service provider, and we charge for the time given by the designers for your project, once the time is used, it can't be reverted, that's why we do not have any policy of refund. that's why when we get into a monthly contract, we take only half month's fees for the value of services of first half of the month while we receive the next payment at the end of the month, so we also take the risk of non payment for the latter part of te month. It's a win-win for us and the client.
The only condition of refund is within 3 working days of starting of the contract, if you feel the dedicated designer is not suitable for you, we replace the designer, you can see for another 3 working days, if that doesn't work, we can refund the advance if it has been paid within that time. The refund policy is applicable exclusively for the dedicated designer contract.
